Three Scenes for Band

There is a lot of variety and contrast compressed into this work for young band. Instrumental colors suggest moods from declamatory to foreboding to playful; textures range from sostenuto to staccato. An excellent opportunity to invite your students to invent story lines or scenarios to be shared with your audience.
