Bad Ol’ Blues

This one starts with a slow unison sax melody leading to a full sax soli restatement of the main theme. A change to “Double Time” leads to the tenor sax and trumpet solos, followed by a bass solo. A soft ensemble chorus leads to a chorus and a half in classic “shout chorus style”. Written suggested solos provided. Includes an optional flute part. Written ranges: Trp. 1 ( Bb) , Trb.
